Building on the robust design of the MEMDOS LB series dosing pump, the MEMDOS LA series adds a wide range of input and output functionality to the MEMDOS dosing pump range while maintaining the robust and reliable features that our customers demand.
Ideal for complex dosing tasks the MEMDOS LA series can have the dosing rate controlled via a 0/4-20mA signal while a seperate control signal can start/stop pump operation. Stroke feedback can also be reported back to centralised control systems and an alarm output can alert systems of a pump failure. Additionally the MEMDOS LA series pump is capable of level monitoring the fluid source using the appropriate level sensors.
Thanks to the sturdy tappet drive with manual or automatic capacity adjustment, the conveyed media such as acids, lyes, coagulants and floc-culants are dosed reliably and precisely.
The MEMDOS can be additionally equipped with a double-diaphragm-system. Then uncontrolled leakage of media is avoided even if the primary dosing diaphragm wears out.
