The motor-drive diaphragm dosing pump MEMDOS stands for robust quality and reliable dosing results. The MEMDOS LB series of motor driven diaphragm dosing pumps is ideally suited for applications requiring minimal integration of integrated control systems. Stroke adjustment is manually adjusted as standard, optional remote stroke adjustment units can be fitted if required. The MEMDOS LB can also be used in conjunction with a variable speed drive to further fine tune the dosing rate. While simple in design, this should not be confused with reliability or precision, both these points are forefront in the MEMDOS LB design.
Thanks to the sturdy tappet drive with manual or automatic capacity adjustment, the conveyed media such as acids, lyes, coagulants and floc-culants are dosed reliably and precisely.
The MEMDOS can be additionally equipped with a double-diaphragm-system. Then uncontrolled leakage of media is avoided even if the primary dosing diaphragm wears out.
Thanks to the wide range of motor options available, the JESCO MEMDOS LB series pump can be used in almost any application area. Both hazardous area rated motors and remote stroke adjustment modules can be used in explosive/flammable applications, and for non hazardous area a variable speed drive can be easily integrated with the pump to enhance the flexibility of the pump dosing operation.
