In many water and waste water treatment processes as well as in swimming pool applications, transportable dosing stations are required for dosing tasks.
The fields of application are sewage treatment plants for phosphate precipitation, industrial waste water treatment, refuse dumps, potable water supply for line disinfection and provisional solutions in industry and water treatment.
All of the components used for the dosing are housed in a sturdy plastic portable case fitted with carrying handles.
One of two suitable dosing pumps can be selected for each application flow rate and for each counter pressure: the portable case is available with either the Magnet-Membrane dosing pump MAGDOS LT or with the
Motor-Membrane dosing pump MEMDOS E.
All of the connectors are attached to the exterior of the portable dosing case, so as to avoid removing the pump from the portable case: intake, pressure sockets, bypass lines, mains connection and level connection (depending on the design) are freely accessible.
The portable dosing case can optionally be fitted with a heater including a thermostat.
The complete dosing station is pre-assembled ready for use and can be used immediately
